Mr. Durden is a corporate finance, commercial lending and transactional attorney with broad experience representing clients in diverse business transactions including syndicated, senior secured, cash flow and asset based financing, second lien and mezzanine credit facilities, securitizations, mergers and acquisitions, leasing arrangements, debtor-in-possession facilities, debt restructuring and complex intercreditor transactions. Mr. Durden has advised clients ranging from publicly held international companies to small businesses in a variety of markets including energy, health care, media, communications, manufacturing, retail and real estate. Prior to joining Marshall & Lueder, Mr. Durden was a finance attorney with an international law firm with more than 400 attorneys. Mr. Durden in a graduate of Brown University (A.B. Semiotics, 1993) and University of Michigan Law School (J.D., 1999). Mr. Durden is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. |
